core memories, emotions, and longings intertwine. The work consists of laser-etched, postcard-sized
acrylic cards. These are fragments of everyday life that reflect the idea of anticipated nostalgia,
the awareness that the present moment will someday be missed. The etched surfaces serve as metaphors
or ingrained memories and faded afterglow, while their transparent and translucent qualities allow images
to overlap. Their varied colors evoke the emotional texture of each moment. Each card is designed with
slots that allow the pieces to connect into larger modular structures, evoking childhood toys and play.
